STEP 1: Choose your desired dates on the calendar and indicate how many guests are in your party. Please let us know in the booking notes if you plan to bring pets. (The subtotal shown when you select your dates will not include the pet fee but does include taxes and cleaning fees. We will send you a detailed invoice which breaks down all applicable taxes and fees.)
STEP 2: We will email you shortly with an invoice with payment link and guest agreement. Please complete these items to reserve your dates.
STEP 3: We are committed to protecting our guests and properties which is why we've partnered with a third-party vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that within one week of your stay, you will need to verify your details and will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver through the platform. Welcome to walkable, middle-of-the-action Ridgedale! Relax in the neighborhood at our numerous parks and playgrounds, grab a beverage at a nearby cafe, visit animals at the zoo, or do some antique shopping at local favorites. Looking for more action? Willow House is just 5 minutes (2 miles) from the center of downtown and countless bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations.
Looking for adventure? You'll find a myriad of hikes, climbing, water sports, and historic sites within a short drive! Forgot something? Walk to nearby Walgreens and Dollar General to grab essentials.
Enjoy easy, off-street parking via the alley behind Willow House. Climb 3 steps to enter through the guest door via smart keypad into a large, fully-stocked kitchen. Prepare delicious meals with the brand new, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space or enjoy takeout from multiple downtown options. The kitchen flows to the living space with cozy seating, desk space, and flat screen TV. Note that the only bathroom is on this level. Enjoy complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
You will find two bedrooms upstairs after ~18 steps. To the right is a bedroom with queen bed and separate twin daybed. To the left is a single queen bedroom. Both rooms have large closets, windows with blinds and curtains, and window units that supply both air conditioning and heat. All mattresses are comfy memory foam and beds have Turkish fabric on the custom headboards.
The vestibule outside the bedrooms offers a full length mirror, extra linens, water carafe, and some often forgotten toiletry items. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
You will share the house with our family but have your own entrance and are welcome to enjoy as much privacy as you want. You do not have access to laundry in the basement but accommodations can be made for longer stays.
Willow House is 5 minutes from downtown and nearby I-24 and I-75. Off-street parking is available via the alley behind the house.

Willow House is conveniently located on two bike thoroughfares and close to downtown. Within the Ridgedale and Highland Park neighborhoods you can walk to stores, coffee shops, and several parks and playgrounds.
PET-FRIENDLY
We love pets and know traveling with them can be hard but leaving them at home is harder. Willow House is perfect for cats and dogs and we leave some special treats for your furry friends!

In its more than a century of existence, Willow House has lived many lives from a halfway house, to offices, to most recently a church. We so thrilled to invite guests to share our home and be a part of Willow House’s next chapter and enjoy a city rich with history.

While we hope you don’t have to cancel your stay, we understand that life happens. Receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

50% of the reservation cost is due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 10 days before check-in. If booked within 14 days of your stay, the full amount will be due at time of booking.
